Churchill is one of my all time favourite world characters and he is always good for a quote or a hundred ! I’d like to thank the Ottawa area Insurance Industry that have given me the opportunity twice in the past week to promote the SNCKR event : the first being at the Risk Insurance Management breakfast and then yesterday at the Ottawa brokers luncheon, it’s greatly appreciated.
Putting in the required hours on the trainer in the basement but thankfully I usually have Lindsey ( my wife) on her bike beside me to alleviate some of the boredom- not big on riding inside but a necessary evil ! Spin class down at the local bike shop a couple times a week helps break up the routine. Feels like spring is in the air which gives hope to maybe an earlier than usual ride season but hey this in Ottawa and winter can return with a vegenance at any time!
