The Olympics have been awesome and a source of inspiration as I pedal in the basement in front of the tube cheering our athletes on -some sports I’ve never seen before but very cool ( ski cross). Just received another dump of snow last night so dreams of getting outside to ride are on hold again. Fundraising is coming along nicely and have just passed the $22k mark- can’t say enough about the support I’ve received from the Insurance industry, they really support their own. Have a pub night fund raising event coming up April 18th in Ottawa which two friends of mine are organizing (Charlotte and Marilyn) which should be a blast.
Lindsey and I have decided to beat the winter blues and have booked our trip to Mollorca first week of April with John Large and Peter Metuzals of cycling adventures. Peter and John take a group every year to Mallorca and if you want a terrific cycling holiday, awesome scenery, mountains, great roads and awesome guides you should look into this trip! Great riding and great apres socializing!! Can’t wait !
